Our Story
Founded in 2018, Pro AC & Engineering Pvt Ltd has become the largest HVAC company in the Maldives. We offer total solutions for HVAC from design, supply, installation, and commissioning to maintenance contracts for your projects.
Our talented team of over 45 employees based in two service centers in the Maldives have remarkably completed more than 48 major commercial air conditioning and ventilation projects and have installed more than 5600 tonnage of air conditioning equipment to date.
Strong alliances with global leaders in the HVAC industry such as Hitachi and LG have enabled us to provide innovative solutions for every situation and serve the most prestigious clients in the Maldives.

Ibrahim Najaah
Managing Director
Ibrahim Najaah is an experienced marketing professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and six years of experience in driving business growth and achieving brand success. He brings a distinctive combination of strategic thinking, leadership prowess, and a track record of proven accomplishments in each role he takes on.
Currently, Najaah serves as the Managing Director, focusing on strategic business development while overseeing daily operations. He adeptly leads a competent management team, showcasing proficiency in delegation and placing significant emphasis on fostering the growth and development of his team members as his primary leadership quality.
Mohamed Shureh Shareef
Deputy MD & Chief Technician
With professional training in mechanical refrigeration and air conditioning, Shureh has demonstrated remarkable career progress from technical proficiency to leadership positions in the HVAC industry.
During his 16-year tenure at STO plc, he honed his expertise as one of the most valued senior technicians, specializing in power tools and air conditioners.
In his dual roles as the Deputy MD and Chief Technician, Shureh oversees all technical aspects of products and services. He enjoys tackling the most challenging projects and staying abreast of emerging technologies, ensuring that ProAC stays ahead of the curve.
Abdulla Wasif
Sales & Operational Director
Abdulla Wasif, with a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, brings over 2 years of combined experience in sales and accounting fields, having served as Sales Manager at Protools Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2017.
